Here are some tips to try to prevent your soy milk from curdling:
- Add a small pinch of baking soda to your coffee before adding the soy milk (this raises the PH)
- Add coffee slowly to the soy milk.
- Find soy milks that also have an “acid regulator” ingredient
Why Does Soy Milk Curdle?
Soy milk curdles much easier than dairy milk.
This is because the PH required to curdle soy milk is much lower. And coffee is acidic.
